Comarch offers a range of ERP software products in various supporting omnichannel retail (Comarch Retail), enterprises (ERP Enterprise, and also ERP Altum for multi-company commercial and service entities) and small business options (Comarch ERP XT and ERP Optima). Available modules support e-commerce (both B2C and B2B), WMS, database backup, Business Intelligence, and from 2016 Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.

Comarch ERP Standard / Comarch ERP Altum - For companies that require an individual approach with needs related to multiple locations and internationality. The platform is suitable for retail sales chains, franchising networks, one-subsidiary and dispersed commercial and service companies, holding companies/enterprises managing several companies. It is a multi-language solution, adjusted to specifics of international companies. Its mechanisms enable automation of repetitive activities (BPM) and the tools allowing for making decisions based on analyses and forecasts (Business Intelligence).


Comarch Retail / Comarch Unified Commerce Platform - makes it possible to take reach customers through multiple channels while simultaneously managing integrated sales channels. Full exchange of information between sales channels within Comarch Unified Commerce allows actions to be performed in one of the channels and then another action related to or resulting from the previous one to be completed in another channel which at that time may be more convenient for the customer. An example is the possibility to place an order for a product while visiting a store, with a home delivery option and the ability to track the order in an online store. Another example is purchasing a product online and then filing a claim or returning the product when visiting a brick-and-mortar store. Also, intertwining sales channels enable viewing all of a customer’s transactions, regardless of the selected purchase method. This makes it possible to manage loyalty programs and create individual offers for each customer.

Comarch ERP XT - A company management application for small business dedicated to invoicing, warehouse management, simplified accounting and running an own online store. The solution is presented as easy to use and available on a PC and laptop via a Web browser and on mobile as Android and iOS apps.

Comarch ERP Optima - For small and medium-sized companies in Poland, to keep these companies compliant with regulations boasting users among more than 70,000 companies from different industries and market sectors. The Comarch ERP Optima system is also available in the cloud model, which allows the management of company processes via the Internet. For a regular monthly payment, the client gets access to browser-based online software supporting enterprise management.
