Key Features

Strategic Network Simulator: This feature aims to minimize the global balance (costs - revenues) in the planning horizon and logistic perimeter. It allows users to design a productive and distributive network, considering node transitions cost and time. Mathematical algorithms are utilized to compute optimal demand, production, and distribution allocation. The system provides a multi-simulation and multi-scenario environment for evaluating network performance.

Consensus Demand Planning: Utilizing extrapolative techniques of historical series, this feature computes the best forecast curve using a parametric voting system. It includes the computation of trend and seasonality with mathematical algorithms while automatically highlighting statistical anomalies. It also enables the forecast and projection of newness, substitutions, and end-of-life products.

Order Promise: This feature assists in determining how, when, and where to respond to customer demand. It offers multi-node and multi-lane service with fair share logic. Integrated multi-level Capable To Promise (CTP) functions and simulations of production and distribution bottlenecks are included. The system also proposes alternative solutions with costs and times.

Real-time evaluation of customer orders fulfillment and priority and ranking rules for order fulfillment computation are also included.

It facilitates the sharing of documentation and selection of the best supplier through auctions or calls for tender. Users can control and share plan progress with all involved actors and execute quality control plans and delivery plans.
