FeedbackSocially is an employee performance management solution. Users can define competencies and invite peers to submit feedback on their team members. This solution includes a dashboard that shows visual indications of the status of the feedback of one's team. The summary of the 360 degree feedback is shown once all the team members have completed the feedback. The included reports break down feedback by peers, direct reports and leaders. The reports also summarize ratings and facilitate comparisons with self-rating and organizational benchmarks. This solution also a feature called Appreciation Someone, which enables users to share their thoughts about someone who has done exceptional work.
