Geek+ is a software system designed to facilitate efficient warehouse and logistics management. It is positioned as a solution suitable for companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises. According to the vendor, Geek+ is utilized by various professions and industries including e-commerce companies, retailers, manufacturing companies, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and distribution centers.
Key Features
Professional Software: According to the vendor, Geek+ offers a highly adaptable and modular software system specifically tailored to the warehouse and logistics industry. The system includes various components such as the Robot Management System, Warehouse Execution System, Warehouse Management System, Data Platform, simulation platform, algorithm library, and interface platform API and SDK.
Robot Management System (RMS): Geek+ RMS is presented as a multi-agent scheduling and task management platform system. It supports both cloud and local deployment and handles tasks such as path planning, traffic management, task allocation, capacity optimization, and safety emergency stops for large-scale mobile robot clusters. The vendor states that the system also provides APIs and SDKs for customers to develop and deploy their own business systems.
Warehouse Execution System (WES): Geek+ WES covers all operational links of warehouses and factories. It consists of four subsystems: picking system, ARK moving system, sorting system, and forklift system. The picking system supports shelf-to-people and bin-to-people picking, while the ARK moving system handles various moving scenarios such as loading, unloading, and production line feeding. The sorting system dynamically adjusts routes to improve sorting efficiency, and the forklift system is applied to whole-pallet storage and high-level storage.
Warehouse Management System (iWMS): Geek+ iWMS integrates all aspects of warehouse operation with robot picking, sorting, cross-warehousing, handling, access, and manual management. The vendor claims that it effectively meets the high market demand for speed and flexibility in warehousing operations. According to the vendor, the system has been tested and proven capable of processing orders at a high volume, such as during the Singles Day sales in China.
Data Platform (DP): Geek+ DP stores and processes the vast amount of data generated by the different components of the system, including RMS, WES, iWMS, and the robots themselves. The data platform provides real-time data indicators to support decision making and enables early warning of robot faults. Customized dashboards offer valuable business insights, and the platform supports simulation, business intelligence analysis, and smart robot maintenance, according to the vendor.
Simulation Platform (SP): Geek+ SP is presented as a 1:1 simulation of real robot systems. It is said to assist users in finding the best plan and configuration before a project begins, validating plan effectiveness and algorithms, and supporting project evaluation and management. The platform integrates planning tools, map editing tools, simulation tools, robot models, and an algorithm library to optimize warehouse design and order fulfillment strategies, according to the vendor.
