Invoicex is a software solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), freelancers, artisans, retailers, service-based businesses, and consultants. According to the vendor, Invoicex aims to provide a comprehensive solution for invoicing, inventory management, and internal accounting (non-fiscal). The product offers features such as exporting sales invoices in XML Electronic Invoice format to comply with electronic invoicing regulations, creating and managing quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes, maintaining a comprehensive database of customers and suppliers, automating stock movements and tracking stock availability, and generating detailed inventory reports and statistics.

Invoicex also allows users to print VAT summaries, manage a three-level chart of accounts, record income and expenses from invoices, and print balance sheets and journals for internal accounting purposes.
