KOR is a cloud native family of global trade repositories and regulatory reporting services. Launched by reporting pioneers and technology innovators, KOR is a platform in the industry with a complete Reporting as a Service offering.
KOR is also a fintech company intended to develop future-minded technology tailored specifically for derivatives markets. The company's platform is CFTC-licensed and the first independent Swap Data Repository ("SDR") and provides a Reporting-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering to complement its SDR, which together replaces many standard reporting functions and solve numerous systemic reporting challenges, enabling market participants to meet reporting mandates for OTC derivative trades and lifecycle events.
