Malleo caters to the needs of home builders, construction companies, general contractors, real estate developers, and residential project managers, providing them with tools to enhance their efficiency and streamline their operations.

Estimating: According to the vendor, Malleo's estimating feature allows home builders to accurately determine the cost of their projects. It includes components such as plan names, phases, assemblies, items, cost codes, and estimate files.
