Key Features

Real-time status: Provides instant updates on meeting room and resource availability, displaying the current and upcoming scheduled events. It uses color indicators to quickly convey the status of each meeting.

Calendar Integration: Seamlessly connects with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook 365, and Google calendars, allowing for the easy display of resource schedules. It also supports the configuration of resource calendars with fixed schedules using .ics file URLs.

Branding & Customization: Allows customization of event display settings, including font style, size, background colors, photos, and company logos. Users can personalize the display to match their preferences.

Book Room Now: Enables users to directly book available meeting rooms from the display tablet, checking for room availability and avoiding scheduling conflicts. It automatically updates the resource calendar with the booked meeting.

Check-in: Helps reduce no-show meetings by allowing hosts to check-in to their scheduled meetings. If a host fails to check-in within a specified time, the system automatically releases the room, optimizing room utilization and minimizing delays.

Release: Allows hosts to release rooms if meetings end earlier than scheduled, making them immediately available for new bookings. This prevents rooms from being locked for the entire scheduled duration.

Multi-language support: Displays meeting information in the language corresponding to the calendar resource, offering a localized experience. Users can also customize static headers in their preferred languages.

Kiosk Mode: Provides a secure app by restricting external interactions. It includes a Kiosk mode that limits access to settings, requiring administrator credentials for any changes. The admin settings also allow for password reset and change.

Video Player: Supports video playback on the display tablet, enabling the display of additional content and enhancing user engagement and communication.

Who's in?: Allows users to easily check the list of attendees for current or upcoming meetings without disrupting ongoing sessions. This feature provides visibility into meeting attendees and cancellations, facilitating the identification of missing participants without the need to enter meeting rooms.
