What is Miralix Contact Center?

Miralix offers customer contact management through their self-developed contact center and switchboard solution. The solution helps companies ensure that calls from customers are handled quickly no matter if the calls are received in the reception, in a customer service department or another part of the company. The solution can be set up so customers are automatically routed to the employee most qualified to help. You can play pre-recorded messages to your customers before they talk to an employee – e.g. offers, holiday opening hours, etc. Users can also give the customers the opportunity of getting a callback or leaving a voicemail if there is a queue on the line when they call.
