Their cPanel is great and modern and using it to point DNS to the right folder is easy to follow. I use them exclusively to purchase new domains and searching for domain records. They have quick and no-nonsense support. For the price point, Namecheap is fantastic for hosting simple sites and the only domain purchaser i trust.

Namecheap is leagues above Network Solutions in terms of UI experience and online support. Network Solutions lack of cPanel and access to databases really limits the ability to customize and take control of the website you need to make for your business. Network Solutions has a very clunky and outdated model (both in technology used and pricing).
