retail Connect is an eBusiness Connector, that helps manufacturers without online direct sales, to integrate the online stores of their retailers directly into their own website.

With a direct technical connection between the manufacturer's website and the retailer's stores, end customers who obtain information on the manufacturer's website are forwarded directly to selected retailers with a Buy Now button, who also currently have the desired product available. This helps brands to create a seamless customer journey.

In the customer journey, there are two ways to accompany customers in the best possible way:

Customers can place the desired products in a shopping cart directly on the manufacturer's website using a Buy Now button, which is then automatically and completely transferred to the retail partner's store.

Or customers can use a store locator function to display the retail partners who currently have the desired products available in their stationary shops, where they can reserve them, receive advice, and finally complete the purchase.
