Key Features

Reports/Statistics: PoolPass provides reporting and statistical features. Users can generate graphs to visualize member and guest check-ins, filter check-in statistics by location, track total membership count history, and view graphs illustrating member and guest pass usage. Check-in with RFID Tags: PoolPass supports check-ins using RFID proximity tags or cards. Users can scan patrons using a USB contactless card reader. For facilities with existing access control systems, PoolPass can utilize the same cards or tags for check-in. The software also offers RFID Companion software for scanning cards when accessing PoolPass through a web browser.
