Users can register and save time spent on each project as tasks, with no limit on the number of projects or tasks.

Project reparenting allows moving tasks within the hierarchy to completely reorganize projects. Project hiding marks selected projects and their descendants as hidden, ensuring a clear hierarchy. Structure duplication allows users to copy and paste branches of the project hierarchy.

Rich configuration capabilities: Over 60 configuration settings to adjust the look and behavior of the application. Customize formatting of numbers and dates. Choose which operations require confirmation. Configure the notification area icon and notification balloons. Save application status for next launch.

Support for invoicing: Attach pay rates to tasks and work items. Mark tasks as invoiced. Default pay rate attached to a project applies to all tasks, with the option to override for individual tasks. Statistics window displays information about invoiced/non-invoiced tasks and totals for task value.

Windows 7 Taskbar: Utilize Windows 7 taskbar features for enhanced user experience. Overlay icon indicates an active task. Command buttons in the taskbar thumbnail allow users to start and stop the selected task. Customized thumbnail view displays task details and value of labor.

Calculated totals: View totals for time worked on specific projects or during specified periods. Totals presented for projects with and without subprojects.

Bulk operations for tasks: Manage multiple tasks in one operation. Perform bulk operations such as deleting tasks, assigning tasks to another task, changing task descriptions and pay rates, and marking tasks as invoiced or non-invoiced.

Quasima Time Tracker offers data export capabilities, allowing users to export tasks to a CSV file for further data analysis. Users can also copy the current selection of tasks to the clipboard for easy pasting, according to the vendor's claims.
