What is Quoter?
Quoter is a cloud-based quoting /CPQ platform that helps IT service providers save time, eliminate mistakes, and get paid faster. Quoter can be used to create configurable products and services for customers. Users can automate the pricing of complex products based on the customer’s needs at the time of quote creation. Quoter enables users to create user-selectable options, such as size, model, plan, material, or any other variable that would affect the configuration and pricing of a product or service. This allows the user to build a configure-price-quote (CPQ) system where complex products and services can be configured and quoted by a sales team more easily.
Quoter’s interface makes building out templates more easily. Users can create and send a quote quickly, adding additional customized templates as time goes on. Once templates are refined, quotes can be created in seconds with just a few clicks. Quoter's featured pricing configuration options giving the user flexibility in automating the pricing of products and services.

Quoter also provides integrated e-signature capabilities. With e-signatures enabled, customers can follow a secure link in their quote to an online checkout page where they can agree to the sender's terms and electronically sign their name before accepting the Quote. Once a quote is accepted, the quote is marked as accepted and the user is notified immediately via email. The sender can then fulfill the order as required and notify the customer when ready.
Quoter’s Product Cloud feature also allows users to add products and services to quotes directly from supported integrations, alleviating the need for duplicate data entry. The product catalogue is powered by Gfk Etilize. Etilize provides standardized product data feeds for more than 20 million products worldwide.
