The software provides store associates with clienteling tools to engage customers, including features that allow:

There are four overarching feature areas:

Virtual Shopping
Gives online customers immediate access to a local store associate or digital sellers and provide the same personalized experience they receive in store. Customers reach out to a local store or associate directly from the retailer’s e-commerce site. Associates receive incoming requests through the Salesfloor app and offer immediate, real-time assistance to online shoppers.

Clienteling
Salesfloor Clienteling bridges the online-offline service gap by enabling associates to serve customers in a personalized way both in-store and online. The in-store collaborative environment is extended to all online shoppers, for a seamless customer experience.

AI Assisted Selling
Deliver scalable personalized experiences with conversational AI that listens to customers, learns their needs, and makes the right recommendations at the right time–every time they visit an associated ecommerce storefront.

Salesfloor Cloud
The infrastructural component that integrates with a retailer’s existing IT systems (ERP, POS, CRM, OMS, etc.) so as to more efficiently deliver data to the Salesfloor Platform.
