Simplydesk is helpdesk software for managing IT equipment and IT and furniture inventory. The solution is dedicated to CIOs, SSII, software publishers and customer services.

The tool aims to drive better management of IT incidents, better collaboration with optimal productivity and reasonable costs. It is a ticketing tool for professionals in charge of handling incidents, and a SAAS helpdesk tool for direct targeted and rapid processing of customer complaints from any location.

The vendor describes the Simplydesk as an IT asset management tool that is:

- Easy to implement

- supports CMDB Management according to ITIL standards

- Manages assets’ physical locations and user allocation

- Manage lifecycles, costs, warranties, contracts and fixed assets

- IT asset management software management and also supports license compliance

- Proactive alerts and relevant statistics for the IT infrastructure
