SmartCompany CRM is a hosted CRM software designed to assist companies in managing customer relationships and enhancing sales productivity. According to the vendor, this solution is specifically tailored for small to medium-sized businesses and is utilized by sales teams, marketing teams, customer service teams, project managers, as well as small business owners and entrepreneurs across various industries.

Key Features

Lead Management: According to the vendor, users can import leads from lists or enter them directly into SmartCompany CRM. The software allows for storing company and contact information in leads, assigning unqualified leads to sales reps, and attaching emails, notes, tasks, and events to leads. Users can also attach documents (PDF, Word, etc.) to leads and convert qualified leads to opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management: The vendor claims that SmartCompany CRM enables users to define a custom sales process and track opportunities through the sales process. Users can attach emails, notes, tasks, and events to opportunities, as well as attach documents (PDF, Word, etc.) to opportunities. The software allows for tracking participants (contacts) associated with an opportunity and attaching line items from an integrated product catalog.

Booked Order Management: According to the vendor, users can define a custom fulfillment process and track orders through the fulfillment process.
