What is Swiftlane?

Swiftlane is a cloud-based smart building access solution that aims to enhance convenience and security in communities. According to the vendor, Swiftlane is designed for multifamily residential buildings, enterprise offices, and commercial real estate buildings. It is targeted towards property managers, building owners, office and facility managers, real estate brokerages, security managers in various industries, and other relevant professionals. Swiftlane offers a range of features, including face recognition access, mobile access control, video intercom, key card access, and more.

Key Features

Video Intercom System: According to the vendor, Swiftlane offers a video intercom system with built-in two-way audio and video intercom calling. Users can answer calls from anywhere using the Swiftlane app, and calls are received as regular phone calls without the need for app push notifications. The video intercom system is said to work even when users are not in the building, aiming to ensure secure delivery access, reduce package theft, and prevent unauthorized access.

RentGPT: AI Leasing Chatbot: Swiftlane's RentGPT is an AI leasing chatbot that, according to the vendor, aims to enhance efficiency, tenant interactions, and conversion rates. The vendor claims that RentGPT is free to use and can be easily installed on an apartment's website in just one minute. It is pre-trained on the property's information and can respond to complex questions in multiple languages. RentGPT is said to have the capability to centrally lease hundreds of properties, providing a conversational experience for potential tenants.

Mobile Access Control: According to the vendor, Swiftlane offers mobile access control, which allows users to turn their smartphones into keys. Users can reportedly unlock doors, amenity spaces, package rooms, parking garages, and elevators using the Swiftlane mobile app. The vendor claims that doors can be unlocked remotely from anywhere, eliminating the need to be onsite to buzz visitors inside. Access permissions and user management can allegedly be easily handled from a browser or mobile phone without the need to be physically present.

Face Recognition Access Control: Swiftlane claims to be the only multifamily solution that offers face recognition access control. According to the vendor, users can gain touchless access to authorized doors or access points by simply walking up to the door and looking at the SwiftReader. The vendor states that user enrollment is quick and easy, taking less than a minute, and eliminates the need for keys, badges, or fobs. The vendor also claims that advanced anti-spoofing technology using 2D and 3D depth data prevents unauthorized access. Swiftlane's face recognition access control is said to work with existing electronic door locks and building infrastructure, with a simple Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) based installation.

Visitor PINs: Swiftlane provides PIN access for seamless management of visitors and deliveries, according to the vendor. The vendor states that PINs can be single-use or multi-use, ensuring secure access for building tenants. Property managers can allegedly assign PINs directly from the Swiftlane app, and a photo audit log is said to allow for easy tracking and monitoring of visitor access. The use of PINs eliminates the need for keys, badges, and fobs, providing a convenient and secure access solution.

Key Card Access Control: According to the vendor, Swiftlane offers the option to use key cards for access to multifamily buildings or communities. The system reportedly supports a variety of cards and readers, including proximity cards and encrypted card formats. Key card access is said to work with existing electronic door locks and can be seamlessly integrated with video intercom, face recognition, and mobile unlock. Long-range readers and receivers are available for garages, elevators, and parking gates. The vendor claims that access credentials can be instantly granted or revoked using a mobile phone, providing efficient and secure management.

Cloud-Based Access Control Management: Swiftlane provides a cloud-based access control management dashboard, according to the vendor. Property managers can remotely manage access permissions, add or remove tenants, and provide temporary access for maintenance and vendors. The vendor states that the dashboard offers a simple and intuitive interface that can be accessed via a mobile app or web-based browser. Detailed reporting is claimed to provide instant access to property data, ensuring compliance and creating tangible ROI. Swiftlane's cloud-based management system is said to streamline operations and improve efficiency for property managers.

Smart Elevator Access: Swiftlane offers smart elevator access control, aiming to enable the management of access to every floor of a building or community. According to the vendor, users can use face recognition, mobile unlock, and key fobs for elevator access, with the ability to customize floor selection based on access credentials. The system is also said to support call button access and floor control capability.

SwiftReader Hardware Features: SwiftReader combines multiple forms of access control and video intercom into a single device, according to the vendor. It has a robust metal enclosure with a slick, matte dark gray finish. The design is claimed to be weatherproof and water-resistant. Installation is said to be simple with a one-wire Power over Ethernet (PoE) setup. The device is described as impact-resistant with an IK07 rating. The aluminum body is designed to be strong and secure with a vandal-proof design. Sun shade options are available for outdoor units with a water-resistant enclosure. The vendor also offers additional theft and vandal protection insurance.

SwiftReader X: According to the vendor, SwiftReader X provides a visually stunning and intuitive video intercom and access control experience. It is claimed to offer secure face recognition access control, two-way audio and video intercom functionality, and mobile app access control. The device is powered over Ethernet (PoE) and supports fast, one-second face recognition unlock within a distance of 3 feet. The vendor states that face recognition works across a wide range of heights and uses 2D and 3D checks with low-light flash for anti-spoofing. Mobile app unlock allows users to unlock doors via Bluetooth Low Energy within 20 feet. Two-way video intercom enables visitor management and multi-tenant video intercom functionality. Single-use temporary PINs can be created for secure package deliveries and visitors, and PINs can be sent via text, app, or email.
