What is SYSTORE?

SYSTORE is a software solution designed for the management of automated solutions in the field of corporate intralogistics. According to the vendor, it is specifically developed to meet the needs of small to large companies across various industries, including logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce. With its comprehensive features and functionalities, SYSTORE aims to cater to the requirements of logistics managers, warehouse managers, supply chain managers, and other professionals involved in intralogistics operations.

Key Features

Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems: According to the vendor, SYSTORE aims to minimize warehouse space, increase efficiency and productivity, and store various loading units such as pallets, containers, and boxes. It utilizes stacker cranes for infeed/outfeed operations and aims to ensure accurate warehouse control and inventory management.

Stacker Cranes: The vendor states that these cranes are designed to move lengthwise along aisles and efficiently position and extract loading units (pallets) in the warehouse. With the goal of fast and accurate warehouse control and updating, they aim to eliminate manual errors and can be adjusted to special working conditions like temperature and humidity.

Miniloads: According to the vendor, SYSTORE is designed to handle lightweight loads such as cases, containers, and boxes. It operates as a high-performance automated warehouse with a mono-column or bi-column structure. The system aims to pick and place individual loads from/in storage cells, with different load lifting devices available.

FRS-Fast Rotation Storage: This low bay storage solution, according to the vendor, serves as a production buffer and aims to offer high-density storage. By combining high-speed linear shuttles with multi-depth satellite technology, it aims to provide very high throughput and storage capacity. The flexible block design concept allows for step-by-step installation.

Automated Storage and Buffering: The vendor states that SYSTORE is designed to be ideal for raw material, semi-finished product, and finished product warehouses. It aims to offer flexibility for tailor-made solutions and can store pallets, containers, boxes, and other loading units with different shelving depths. It is suitable for different storage temperatures.

Picking Solutions: According to the vendor, SYSTORE aims to provide various picking solutions, including PickMate for automated food and beverage picking, LogiMate Solutions for picking and order fulfillment activities, and SortMate for autonomous management of inbound and outbound sorting processes. It also aims to offer customizable semi-automated picking systems based on customer needs.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY: The vendor claims that SYSTORE incorporates energy-efficient features such as Super Capacitors on elevators, braking energy recovery on both the vehicle and the ground, and automatic adaptation of dynamics according to the load. These features aim to optimize energy usage and contribute to sustainability.

MODULAR ORDER PICKING SYSTEM: According to the vendor, SYSTORE is designed for mid/high-volume order fulfillment centers in the Food, Beverage & Grocery industries. It aims to support a wide range of FMCG package types and offers fully automated creation of mixed pallets. The vendor claims that it utilizes the Best Fit algorithm to determine the optimum composition and palletization sequence.

EACH PICKING: According to the vendor, this goods-to-person (GTP) solution aims to improve order fulfillment efficiencies by storing products within the system and transporting them directly to the operator for picking. Workstation screens are said to display the item to be picked, reducing order errors. The system is easily scalable to match growing demand and increase in SKUs.

SEMI-AUTOMATED PICKING SYSTEMS:

  • SPL - STEADY PICKING LOCATION: According to the vendor, this system is suited for medium picking volumes. It utilizes SVL (System Vehicle Loop) handling systems for sequential conveying and sorting of pallets. Equipped with gripping aids, weighing scales, and lifting platforms, the highly ergonomic picking bays aim to improve operator performance, working conditions, and order processing times.
  • PPS - PICK-TO-PALLET SYSTEM: The vendor states that this flexible intensive picking system guides operators through radio communication. It allows direct picking from stored pallets and the preparation of customer's pallet on transpallets. According to the vendor, it configures itself based on the number of codes and frequency of use, optimizing workforce and space.
  • ARP - AUTOMATICALLY REFILLED PICKING: According to the vendor, this feature enables automated replenishment of goods at picking stations using stacker cranes, pallet handling systems, or automatic guided vehicles. Directed by the warehouse management system through RF picking technology, it is claimed to be ideal for high-order volume, low-SKU applications.

AGV AND MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS: SYSTORE aims to provide efficient handling and transportation systems for intralogistics, including AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) for various handling activities, SVL (System Vehicle Loops) for large volume material handling and sorting, shuttle cars for connecting different areas of an automated storage system, and pallet transport systems for continuous material flow.
