Users have found it beneficial to view past cases, as it helps maintain continuity in conversations with customers. Additionally, the software has been effective in tracking and managing staff workload, allowing for better advocacy for additional resources and compensation. However, some users have experienced a decline in performance over the past year.

Talisma CRM is considered a useful tool for lead management, contact management, and campaign response management. While it may not be on par with more modern CRM tools, it has met the expectations of specific industries. Nevertheless, users have expressed a desire for improvements in the software. Despite its regular use by some users multiple times a day for the past year and a half, Talisma CRM has been a source of frustration for some in the nonprofit sector. Users have found the tabs in a donor's profile to be unintuitive and disorganized, making it difficult to find information. Although simple reports can be run smoothly, the software struggles with more complex variables. Glitches and bugs have also been encountered by some users.
