It is commonly used by professional services firms, such as PR agencies and architects, as well as educational institutions, construction companies, staffing and recruitment agencies, and healthcare organizations.

Cloud-Based Timesheets: According to the vendor, Tempora Timesheets is a cloud-based time entry system that allows users to access and manage their timesheets from anywhere in the world. Users can easily add their hours and notes using the simple time entry interface. All recorded time and notes are securely stored in the cloud and can be conveniently reviewed in Tempora reports.

Prepopulated Timesheets: According to the vendor, Tempora automatically populates timesheets with items that users have recorded time for in the last two weeks. This feature saves time by eliminating the need for manual item selection in each timesheet entry. Items that have not been recorded time for in the last two weeks are automatically removed from the timesheet.

Mobile App: Tempora offers iOS and Android mobile apps that, according to the vendor, enable users to complete their timesheets even without internet access.
