Interface Application Program: Testream/CS automates the acquisition of test results from lab instrumentation, supporting over 250 different test instrument driver programs. It provides real-time tools for editing, analyzing, and auditing test data, enhancing lab productivity and improving testing accuracy.

Real-time Display Program: The system publishes up-to-date test results on intranet-based web pages, automatically updating a wide range of web page reports. It presents test results in a spreadsheet format, allowing users to access complete test details and statistical summaries.

ReportWriter Program: Testream/CS generates various types of reports, including graphs, spreadsheets, and daily production reports. The user-friendly interface allows for easy customization of templates using a drag and drop method. Templates can be populated with test data, enabling quick report generation.

Product Specification & Maintenance Entry Program: The system tracks customer quality targets and allows for manual or automatic import of product specifications. It ensures that all programs are updated with the latest standards, meeting customer requirements effectively.

Data Editor Program: Testream/CS includes a Data Editor Program that enables users to modify test records stored in the database. It provides user ID and password protection for data editing and maintains an Edit Audit Log to track changes made to the database. The program offers customizable user privileges for enhanced data security.

Project Entry & Management Program: The system facilitates project tracking, capturing essential project information such as research hypotheses and detailed notes. It allows lab management to edit project details and translate sample IDs, ensuring effective project management and communication.

Configuration Maintenance Utility Program: Testream/CS offers a Configuration Maintenance Utility Program that allows users to customize the Interface Application. It enables the addition of tests, modification of calculations, and changes to the layout. The program provides flexibility to adapt to changing lab requirements, including screen rearrangement and color coding.

Integration with Mill-wide Systems: The system seamlessly imports data from existing MES/LIMS databases, ensuring standardized quality limits and other critical information across all systems. It acts as a central database or pulls data from existing databases, ensuring consistency and compatibility with mill-wide systems.

Instrument Calibration Monitoring: The system includes a feature to monitor instrument calibrations, scheduling and tracking calibration activities.
