Residential Roster: TriOnline's residential roster feature allows staff to view and manage their own shifts, leave balances, and payslips. Supervisors have access to full rosters, leave accruals, and payroll queries. The system integrates with biometric time clocks for clock-in and shift start, and with TriWinPay for seamless payroll processing.

Home Care Roster: In addition to the features of the residential roster, the home care roster functionality in TriOnline monitors the daily needs of CDC clients, links to Google Maps for efficient route planning, and calculates travel time to adjust shifts accordingly. HR: TriOnline simplifies staff management by providing a centralized platform for managing staff certifications, training, and qualifications. It features an easy-to-use training scheduler and integrates with payroll software for award management based on HR reports.

Time & Attendance: TriOnline's time and attendance feature proactively monitors operations and rosters. Employees can easily clock in using biometric time clocks or the mobile application, providing real-time attendance information from anywhere. This feature helps roster managers focus on important tasks.

Care: TriOnline's care module securely stores resident records and information. It provides system-wide statistics and notifications, including medical data such as allergies, diagnoses, and food preferences.
