Umanga ATS is a recruitment platform and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) developed by i-Minded. Smart automated matching: Umanga ATS provides extended manual matching functionality with personalized search boxes and filters for each consultant and vacancy. It also offers automated matching for each new or updated vacancy through integration with Textkernel Search & Match API.

Handle applications and application flow: Users can manage new applications directly from their personal dashboard. The system enables candidate recognition based on historical data, including connected Pratoflex, Easyflex, or Paydia data. Additionally, it provides access to commuter traffic information and allows for quick responses to leads and applicants using email templates.

Placement: Umanga ATS allows users to send relevant candidate data to backoffice software and wage engine databases. It offers plug-and-play API connections for Pratoflex, Easyflex, and Paydia, as well as Umanga Candidate API for retrieving data from other backoffice software or custom API integrations.

Jobfeed: Users can utilize Textkernel Jobfeed big data to find external jobs for candidates and connect suitable candidates to the right external job. Umanga ATS also provides insights about the labor market in the user's country, region, and city, and allows for data analysis to understand colleagues and competitors.

Admin: Umanga ATS offers a personal dashboard for each user group or user, with quick search, notifications, and a quick menu for easy navigation. It includes CRM functionalities for customer and contact management, as well as document management, status management, and notes for organization.

Candidate Database: Umanga ATS facilitates the inflow of candidates via various channels such as websites, job platforms, and social media lead ads. It provides a messaging module, document management, and status management for effective candidate communication. Additionally, it offers automatic external vacancy search via Jobfeed and synchronization with Umanga backoffice API.

Application handling & candidate communication: Users can identify and match historic applications and candidate data with new applications. The system enables direct score determination of specific vacancy match and automatic resume extraction. It also provides access to commuting data based on own transportation and public transportation.

Matching: Umanga ATS integrates with Umanga Matchpoint and Textkernel Search & Match API for matching capabilities. It offers both automated and direct matching on new vacancies, as well as manual matching based on vacancy, filters, and custom search.

Jobfeed: Umanga ATS provides extensive job search capabilities with millions of external vacancies. Users can analyze job market data based on location, profession class, contract type, employment, working hours, and educational level.
