Virtual Benefits Administrator (VBA) is a comprehensive cloud-based benefits administration system that provides end-to-end solutions for employees and employers. This software enables Health Care TPAs, Health Plans, Employee Benefits Administrators, Dental Plans, Vision Plans, Disability Administrators, Pet Insurance providers and RX Claims administrators to manage multiple account types such as employers, employees, providers, agents and credit cards on one platform with ease. Users can handle various plans including medical/dental/vision/life/disability/Medicaid/Medicare among others.
The VBA system supports real-time transactions such as online payments while also containing costs and fraud by matching providers and pricing dynamically. The software offers personalized access rules for each entity making it easier to give permissions to view or update objects or reports. Furthermore users can create standard/customized reports which could be scheduled ad hoc or save them in different formats. Not only does the VBA track funding requests but it also tracks actuals with relevant diagnosis/procedures information available via dynamic authorization statuses/codes which facilitate accurate reporting of data.
