Wing Assistant will train clients on the free software and answer any questions about the company. Next, a Customer Success Manager (CSM) will help with first tasks. The Client's CSM will not only help get clients started but will also support clients going forward. In setting up accounts --- using Wing Assistant's free software comes with communication features to stay in touch with the assistant, a secure password sharing tool, as well as potentially access for several users and a workflow management tools.
