Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics throughout the organization especially for digital tactics. It's majorly used to map the trends. It addresses questions such as traffic, referrers, applications, etc.
  • Custom variables are brilliant. The flexibility to define metrics as per requirement really helps.
  • The ecosystem compatibility with Adobe target and Adobe Audience Manager sets Adobe Analytics apart.
  • Default metrics need to match up to Google Analytics in terms of what it tracks.
  • Compatibility with other Adobe marketing cloud products.
  • Segment targeting and creation.
  • Click tracking and application end user journeys.
  • It has given us ideas about trends in factors such as traffic, app starts and completes.

Appropriate for Scenarios where you are ready to redefine your measurement metrics, where you know what your are looking for in data tracking and if you already have other Adobe marketing cloud products integrated. It won’t fit in if you have rigid processes and user journeys which you cannot define properly.
