Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
We use Adobe Sign to send legal documentation to our clients via email so that we may file cases for them immediately without delay. This helps curb the slippage we would experience when sending out paper retainers. Instead of waiting for the clients to receive a paper copy, sign it, and hope they send it back; we walk them the process of signing over the phone and get the documents back immediately.
- It auto-fills client information into legal documents.
- Clients only sign one time and signature is applied to all pages.
- There is an electronic trail with dates documents are sent, received, and returned.
- The home screen could be more simplified.
- It seems like there are too many options for how to send the documents.
- It's easier search tool to find documents that have already been sent or received.
- Increased client retention.
- Less documentation lost or misplaced.
- Detailed records of who documents were sent to.
- Detailed records of when documents were received/signed/returned.
- It's easy to download/forward documents.
We file Social Security Disability Applications electronically on a daily basis. To be able to do this we have to have a signed legal document in hand. Using adobe sign we can email our clients, walk them through the documents, and receive the signed copies back in a matter of minutes. This allows us to move forward with the claim for our client without any delays that would be experienced if we had to send out paper documents. This also provides an email chain with dates and times of the correspondence sent/received.

Adobe Sign Experience
We have the majority of our staff working remotely from home and it has been so easy to train everyone how to utilize adobe sign. Our documents are preloaded so that agents can simply select a legal agreement from a drop down menu. They can then preview that document and prefill as much as possible before sending it to our clients to sign thus ensuring there are no errors.
We have integrated to our case management system so that you can access the documents, view signed documents, and print/scan signed documents.
It has increased the return rate for our retainer documents. We don't have to wait days for something to be received and then signed and returned. Things don't get lost in the mail. Documents don't come back damaged or missing information. It has significantly reduced our slippage rate.
As our company continues to move into a direction of cloud based operation and e-documents, e-signatures are more important to us now than ever. Having a program that's able to be integrated into other widely used software ensures that most of clients will have the capabilities needed to sign an electronic document with ease.
