It's being used across our entire organization for employee data & payroll tracking.

- Communication between departments about new hires.
- Time keeping
- GPS tracking would be useful on time and attendance on mobile.
- E-sign on mobile
- Workflow implementation.
- Mobile app could use some improvement .
- Text messaging & email from inside Adp
- Manager access to employee data is a big positive.
- Training and help setting up new inquiries takes too long to learn on your own.
- Spending the same amount of money as before, but lots more capability!
Our HR team is spending more time than we did previously due to Workforce Now. - The learning curve is very long. Having to call and wait on hold for help is time-consuming. Our reps have been very helpful, but most times for new items we have questions on, we have to watch learning bytes or attend webinars. It is difficult to fit these into an already busy schedule.
None of the others do as much except Kronos which seemed very complicated just like Workforce Now.
