Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being utilized by my company for payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping and general HRIS. The bundled products allow us to utilize one product and software which allows for quicker training for new users and an ease of troubleshooting when an issue arises. The product also has onboarding and recruiting capabilities, and many additional features for added cost.

- Payroll Preview and auditing access
- EDI files connecting to outside vendors (medical, 401k, etc.)
- Reporting can come from several different "buckets" of data
- Customizing fields
- We had to implement the software twice and are still finding errors from the set up

The integrations have all be very easy and simple. Basically, I worked with the ADP rep and vendors to map the data needed by both parties and ADP set up the rest. Easy peasy!
We selected ADP due to its value and included capabilities. I find it to be very similar to the majority of the major payroll providers and in hindsight [I] am not sure this is the route we [should] have gone. If you have a robust HR/Payroll team, I think the product is fine, but as a single payroll processor for almost 1K employees, I do not find the software manageable.
