Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
AgoraPulse is used by our marketing team, including interns, to fully manage our social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. It is used entirely by the marketing department and was selected primarily for its reporting features, its tag tracking, and its CRM capabilities. It was brought on to replace SproutSocial.

6 - We use AgoraPulse throughout our social media and marketing department, which is composed of the chief marketing officer, the director of content marketing, the director of social media and public relations, our part time director of digital promotions, and our team of three to five interns. This is a very long way to say between seven and ten people, but I want to make word count.

AgoraPulse is really making itself known as a contender in a crowded field. They drew our attention in late 2015 as longtime users of SproutSocial when we realized Sprout Social was adding more features but only to their top tiers for users. AgoraPulse has many of these features and more available for a lower price. The word of mouth was too strong for us to ignore.
