Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
We use Agorapulse as a social media management and brand listening tool. We only use it for our business's social media pages, as we're not an ad agency. We respond to customers who leave comments. We schedule posts and follow hashtags using this software, as well. It's been a useful tool so far.
- Being able to track your customers with Labels and Conversation History is great
- Sending push notifications to the Agorapulse app on your phone allows you to easily upload images to stories
- Assigning messages to other team members is a nice feature
- Robust analytics and reporting
- Being able to send videos to your phone/the Agorapulse app through the scheduling tool on the online dashboard
- The Agorapulse app is just not good--it needs a lot of improvements and added features
- Being able to see the user's social media profile (or a link to it) from Agorapulse directly

I decided to use Agorapulse because their scheduling tool is more intuitive, allows you to make changes to the text/image of the post based on the platform you're using without having to schedule them separately. I also liked the fact that it would schedule things to be posted to stories that I could retrieve from the app at the scheduled time. I realize Instagram doesn't allow any third-party tools to post to stories at this point, so that was at least somewhat of a work-around.
