Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara for certificate management as well as for sales tax returns and have been very pleased both with the platform and the level of support we receive. Sales tax is ever-changing and to minimize our exposure, we trust Avalara as the experts. Applications are user-friendly and reliable and in the rare cases of technical issues, support personnel has been readily available and helpful.
