Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara for sales tax compliance and submitting returns for SST states. This removes the burden of processing returns and keeping track of tax rate changes. We are an extremely small company that does not have the resources for such a complex task of processing sales tax. The tool for uploading additional transactions is also helpful as it allows us to include transactions that are not part of the online check-out process. The reports options is a great feature for certain returns that are not part of SST and we in turn submit those ourselves.
