  • Time cards
  • Tracking candidates
  • Scheduling/sending interview meetings with candidates has to be done through Outlook. Bamboo doesn't have the capabilities, or the time zone conversion for scheduling interviews with people in other time zones.
  • Bamboo doesn't have a module for entering work schedules for employees.
  • It would be great if Bamboo could categorize time off. For example, when I approve hours, it only lists "Time Off", whereas the employee could be using Holiday pay or Birthday pay and not actual PTO hours.
  • Cuts down on new hire "paper" paperwork and houses it all in Employee file. Streamlines approval queues.
  • Cuts the timing of having to enter & calculate time cards by more than 1/2.
I would say it's mostly intuitive, I do find myself clicking on a couple of things before I find what I want.
I've never used the reporting function - I don't think there is one.
I haven't tested anything else. I'm a user of BambooHR, not the decision maker.
