Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
We use Bizzabo for event registration and virtual events as a platform. We run physical and virtual events ranging from 10 attendees to 8000+ attendees across all kinds of events such as virtual roundtables and meetings, customer events, partner events, roadshows, and a yearly flagship event. Bizzabo is used for the event website, registration process, and the vast majority of event communications (most event invitations are done from our marketing automation solution). We use Bizzabo for anything from simple ticketing and RSVPing for an event to using it as a platform for all of our event communications and additionally as the full event platform for virtual events. For physical events, or the physical portion of any hybrid events, we use Bizzabo to build out the event website, agenda, and the open API or the reporting capabilities to work with any onsite badging solutions.

We moved from working with an agency that used Eventsforce to using Bizzabo in-house. The main reason for the switch was to be able to use a web builder in-house and have access ourselves to change the website while keeping a consistent and impactful look and feel to the sites we build.

Bizzabo Support

Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed No escalation required Support understands my problem Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | Difficult to get immediate help |
We have used premium support packages for virtual event days, and in these cases, we had someone on hand in a Slack channel that was always quick to respond and very helpful. We benefitted greatly from this as the support person was very helpful and would give us recommendations and check on the stream health for us regularly without any prompting, but would also be there the second we had an issue or question.
Yes - Yes, any issues I have reported have been resolved quickly and with as little impact on our live events as possible. While we have had some impact from issues, support has been on them as quickly as possible.
For large faults or anything taking more than a quick fix, an issue is logged on the platform, and you can subscribe to updates to follow the progress of it being resolved.

Yes - For attendees the mobile interface is fine, attendees can access their registration, join virtual event sessions etc with all of the functionality of a desktop attendee. We have even advised attendees to join sessions on their mobiles where their work laptops security settings have blocked them from joining virtual sessions.
For organisers, changing something about an event isn't that feasible on a mobile. I have done this in the past where I've needed to make a minor last minute change while away from my laptop, and I've had to use browser settings to ask for the desktop version of a site, and rotate my phone etc to try and access the right panes or tools. However there are very limited reasons that you would need to do something like this while mobile
