- Newsletter Marketing in general - Being flexible by sending out automated Campaigns for Newsletter and Weblayer - Usage for Recommendation Engines Connect between different channels like webshop or App - A/B Testing possibilities for webshop - Target Groups can be separated through segmentations, reports, aggregates, and funnels.
- Automatic Campaigning.
- Easy functions which provides simple duplication to other projects.
- Smooth integration of third parties.
- For some integrations there is still high technical understanding necessary.
- Better separated functions when it comes to analyses.
- Connection to other departments like Customer Care would be great. --> Providing customer information for other colleagues.
- Increasing revenue especially with email marketing.
- Drive AOV.
- Drive Loyalty towards brands.
What we really love is using the optimal send time prediction. That allows us to send out campaigns that the customer would most likely interact with. Secondly contextual personalization is a very good tool to differentiate our target groups in different kinds of attributes.
