Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is used daily as our CRM platform which houses over 1 million accounts. This platform also collects custom events per customer to provide us with actionable data to craft personalized marketing campaigns. In addition to the CRM services, we also use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud for email production and delivery. By connecting the data to the email campaigns, we are able to ensure we are providing the best engagement for our customers, or armed with optimized data to make needed adjustments.
- Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is great at capturing and storing customer event data. Through the customizable filters, I am able to pull segments and track customer engagement through this information.
- Though complicated, the design of the platform is easy to navigate. The organization of tabs makes logical sense.
- The visual design building platform for emails is highly flawed. There are formatting issues that sometimes changes during live sends.
- While understanding the platform and use of data is completely customizable per account. There are a variety of ways to perform the same task (create filters or conditions) that is sometimes makes it difficult to know which way is the best way. The blog typically shares general information about the functions, which I don't always find as helpful.
- Through the personalized events on our customer accounts, we have been able to totally personalize our campaigns and messaging to better communicate with our customers which has had a positive impact on our open rates and click-through-rates, resulting in a great ROI month after month.
I believe this is a function that I can do better at implementing in our account. I honestly do not think we are properly using AI to the best of it's capabilities.
