Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for payroll, onboarding, performance evals, benefits, recruiting, and more. We use it for a variety of different things, we have a lot of modules that are accessible to us but we are not using it to its full capacity.
  • I appreciate how intuitive the system is and user friendly.
  • It does a good job of separating modules.
  • Having support be more accessible and easier to reach
  • It is a good system where now we can move to a place of having our employee files online.
It is easier for us to just have to look at dayforce when it comes to recruiting, employee files, performance tracking, and more.

It is very user friendly and to the point. However, maybe there should be suggestions or a point of contact like a consultant when a team is trying to make better uses of it.
