We are currently using Checkout.com as our Payment Gateway for our websites to process credit cards and payments for purchases.
This allows us to digitally collect payments and reconcile immediately instead of processing them manually with bank transfers or cheques. At the same time, refunds are also processed automatically through our billing portal, providing smoother day-to-day operations.

Checkout.com has constantly educated us on the various failure error codes and allowing us to understand the whole process of credit card payments.
This allows us to train internal staffs and come up with proper response to our customers whenever there's an error with their payment. At the same time, their experience also allow us to setup an algorithm to approve our acceptance rates.

Both CyberSource and Ingenico provided poor support on any types of issues. Integration was a nightmare as it took months just to set them up as compared to Checkout.com.
Checkout.com provided us with quick integration and constant monitoring of our transactions which is what we really needed.
