This software is used as a tool to connect intranet over VPN. It is used across the whole organization when one needs to access internal web page or computer. It guarantees that the resources available only to employee is not accessed by outside people. We have many of this kind of resources

It's very easy to use. So far, I don't see any issue.

Security

I think our organization benefited from the software very much. The organization can put any sensitive resources in the secure intranet and avoid outsider's access. The people accessing intranet is well under control.

Support Rating

Getting along with OS upgrade is very prompt. I have some problem when my MacOS is upgrade to Big Sur, but the software partially worked under the upgraded OS, which helped me working before the upgraded Cisco AnyConnect becomes available. Once the new software is up, all the functionality was there and since then I have no issue. In that sense, the support is very good.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have used free VPN clients in the past and none of them compete with Cisco AnyConnect.
