We are in a highly regulated industry and require MFA, particularly for remote (VPN) connections. Cisco Duo has been an easy MFA solution to implement and has been accepted by our users. We have also encouraged users to use Cisco Duo for their other MFA needs (e.g., online system portals, etc.).

User acceptance of MFA. Users were located in a distributed environment which made software distribution challenging. The seamless integration with our Cisco network infrastructure was a big help. Cisco is also a leading security vendor, which gives us confidence in using its products and services. System administration is much easier than other similar products.
Cisco has enabled a uniform hybrid work solution that is accepted by users, is easy to administer, and with little to no downtime. Cisco Duo allowed us to implement a secure remote work environment in the challenging covid pandemic environment. Employee satisfaction with our hybrid work environment has resulted in reduced employee turnover.
Users have experienced an easy-to-implement environment that is easy to use and has enabled remote work with minimal interruptions.
