Overall Satisfaction with Cisco IP Phones

BT is using Cisco IP Phones to connect to internal team members and also receiving inbound calls from customers. Use case for BT team is to communicate with both internal and external parties. This was resolved by Cisco IP Phones which are very easy to use and useful to stay connected with internal and external world. Quality of Cisco IP Phones is very nice, even we can connect headsets and speak comfortably with callers. Cisco IP Phones are best to use.

Due to high quality sound, we can hear the callers very clearly and very easily so it help us not to repeat and saves the time for both caller and agent. Due to high quality video, on call; we can see the caller's face very clearly and identify his/her expressions. So it's useful to deal with our customers.
Cisco support is very quick, we can raise the Cisco TAC case by email or using Cisco's website. And if anything urgent like P1 or P2 issues we can directly call to Cisco customer support number and speak with support engineers quickly. So it helps to resolve issues in highly speedy manner.

Cisco IP Phones are very easy to troubleshoot. If any issues are there and if we can guide the user, he or she can easily do that, like changing the IP address manually, selecting the correct DHCP Server, and resetting/rebooting the Cisco IP Phones. So easily we can troubleshoot the Cisco IP Phones issues with minimal knowledge of users.
