Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
The cloud is used just by the marketing department, and most specifically within the PR team. It helps us manage media lists.
- Media lists.
- Customer support/account service team.
- Outlet metrics (uvms, circulation etc).
- Search tool functionality.
- Lack of details for contacts.
- Slow updates to contacts.
- Expensive to just serve as a phone book.
- Helpful to target media.
I am relatively young in terms of experience, and Cision Communications Cloud is the only product of its kind that I've used so far. At my past companies, media list management was all handled by an outside agency so I did not have visibility into their systems.
