Overall Satisfaction with ClearCompany
My company uses ClearCompany as a recruiting tool to post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage new hires' onboarding. We use ClearCompany across all of our divisions which span coast to coast to post all of our openings and to onboard new hires. It helps us better organize and manage the hundreds of job applicants we get each week.
- Ability to post jobs to multiple boards.
- Manage applicants better.
- The Search feature for candidates could be improved.
- More functionality for sorting job postings.
- Cuts down on time spent reviewing resumes by HR.
- Cuts down on time spent reviewing job postings by managers.
At first, I liked Jazz better. I thought the interface was easier and looked better. However, after using ClearCompany for a few months, and a few updates later, I think ClearCompany is the better of the two choices. The applicant grading in ClearCompany is much better, has more features than are available in Jazz.
