Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

ClearSlide is used across our organization for intercommunications as well as with customers. It allows us to engage our clients and prospects in active online communications and enables better tracking of employee activity.
  • Customer Service has been helpful and they are eager to please.
  • Interface with email is helpful
  • Training and support is terrific
  • Reports on gmail links are coming back as analytics and not a list of what was looked at.
  • ClearSlide tends to log out of gmail randomly and without warning and it's difficult to get icon to show up again
  • Template implementation could be a bit smoother
  • The more ClearSlide presentations I have the more it affects my closing numbers.
  • Opened ClearSlide pitches tend to close faster.
  • The templates have doubled my open rate over simple links.
I wasn't involved in that decision. I've seen people use LiveOffice, but haven't heard many direct comparisons.
ClearSlide is well suited for web presentations and analytics.

They represent anywhere from sales reps to management to training
A bit cumbersome to use. Could definitely benefit from some streamlining. Using the "www.clearslide.com/..." link verbally to customers has been burdensome and confusing for them. Perhaps another pseudonym that is easier to hear and understand would be beneficial. Sometimes, without a link, it's taken customers over 5 minutes to get to the right link due to not understanding.
