Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting
We mostly use ClickMeeting to organize webinars and another online meetings for the teachers and educators. During the pandemic of COVID-19, all the on-site meetings were canceled. We are grateful to have some platform where we can easily meet a lot of people. Mostly our webinar takes part around 100 people on ClickMeeting and we make live streaming of Facebook, to gather another 100 people.
- possibility to do a live streaming to Facebook or You Tube
- easy selection of questions and comments on chat
- a lot of tools on the board to conduct an interactive meeting
- easier way to start or to stop the meeting without being thrown out of the room
- easier invitation of the participants
- a lot of function to conduct the meeting or workshop online
The ClickMeeting platform is less expansive and we can use it in Polish which is helpful for the co-workers who do not speak in English. We also like the design and the outface of the ClickMeeting a lot, it seems for me to be more elegant and designers which present our webinar better.

No, i do not but suppor premium, the basic support was enough for me. I do not have any problems with communicaiton with the support team, the communication was very pleaseant and easy.
We need some support from ClickMeeting team when we organize much bigger webinars than normal (standard, around 100 people), for more than 1000 people and we need some support with the technical issues.
