This is so hard to pinpoint because the collaboration across our team has been seen really in every avenue from system creation to project and process adoption, communication, and tracking OKRs for the teams. Before we implemented ClickUp, many teams were using whatever platform suited their workstyle but now we are all in one platform that can be tailored to the workstyle of the teams while providing full visual into things like workload and productivity.
This is the question I've been waiting for. All teams can benefit from automation and ClickUp has had that for literally every scenario I have encountered, however, the BIG plus to ClickUp is the simplification of processes and tools into one workzone. Need to create a doc? ClickUp. Need to track a project? ClickUp. Need a solid visual of a workflow? ClickUp. Hoping due outs from your CRM can land in your task management software? ClickUp. Tracking team OKRs and productivity? ClickUp. Literally it can do all. Whats funny about that is every time I say it can do all, they implement a new feature that takes that up a new level. It's amazing.
With each of the other platforms I've used, there was no one-stop-shop. We always had to use outside platforms or add-on processes to supplement what was missing. Sure they had good enough features but good enough wasn't good enough. We are an innovative company that operates best with platforms that allow us to keep up with the super-fast pace of a high-growth startup and ClickUp served the purpose best.
