Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I use Concur Travel and Expense in the company because I am the main manager of it, in addition, I integrate this platform with SAP for better results. When we didn't have this software, I was looking for ways to fill SAP's feature gaps in order to achieve higher business productivity, so this integration worked perfectly. On the other hand, Concur Travel and Expense is a software that organizes user information in great detail, as well as efficiently transfers the data that it sends from one point to another. The server of this software is easily configured, it reads files without any errors, and the data update based on users is very efficient, this software is very useful to do the travel errands of the workers and some partners and clients, but it also helps us to organize user data in general.
- I can integrate it with SAP, and thanks to this, I can achieve better results and greater benefits.
- It is very easy to use even though it is a very extensive software, with many functions and several tools with different windows.
- I can use a single platform, and it is quickly reflected in the other application that I integrated.

- There are times when the reservation of a trip becomes slow, and I have to update or start over.
- One of the things that I can notice the most through the use of this software is the ease with which I can make travel reservations for business meetings in other cities.
- As it is a multifunctional software, it allows us to carry out different tasks, and we can finish in record time, so we can also focus on different tasks that are also important for the proper development of the company.
With Ceridian Dayforce HCM you have to execute most of the functions manually, this becomes a waste of time, and I find it very outdated. Concur Travel and Expense is more innovative, and its features are great and very useful.
SAP ERP and SAP HR made it easy for us to manage travel, with the information of each employee and all his personal data; in the same way, it allows us to quickly evaluate the status and hierarchy of each member of each user.
Despite being a simple tool, its functionality is representative for efficient management of our trips, it brings innovation when it comes to facilitating said process and making things simpler.
It is quite detailed in this aspect; the finance department now has the simplest things, thanks to the reports we can be more precise in the accounting area and audit everything correctly, it shows all the necessary information clearly, thus being able to cover all the accounts in an effective way.
