Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

In my organization, I personally use Cvent Event Management to create diagrams for inhouse events. I also use it for training materials so I can gain more knowledge about the product and services Cvent has to offer. The business problems the product addresses is to cut out the middle man and pretty much has a training or a how to guide for pretty much everything Cvent. Other programs I have seen being used in the past has a help me chat or a FAQ section which isn't that helpful when you're in a pinch. I like that if I wanted to research something within Cvent all I have to do is use key words to find the answers I'm looking for.

  • Could have a FAQ section for log in questions
  • A chat box in some forms could be helpful, sometimes it gets a little frustrating when you have to open a new browser to search for help so you don't have to exit out of what you are trying to complete.
  • Having the same log in for multiple platforms. It gets hard trying to remember all usernames and passwords
  • Provide a great experience and offers the capability to best interact with clients
  • user friendly for beginners and intermediate users
  • Always offers new trainings, it's great to learn something new!
Cvent Management is an easier platform to use to communicate with the clients. It also does not require the client to pay any fees to promote or set up their events. I feel like Cvent Management is more interactive when it comes to scheduling, planning and getting the word out about the event.

Based on my experience Cvent Event Management is well suited for showing how to use these tools to make it easier for both the sales manager and the client. Having the ability to make it easier for the client to see their event in action when it comes to using 3D diagrams is an awesome feature. I do like that option and it's easier for the client to see and envision their event before the magic even happens. Using Cvent Event Management really helps the magic begin.
